A fantastic villa right next to the pool in quiet and peaceful area. The villa is located in a private compound with 5 minutes walk down to Mae Phim's quiet and beautiful beach and nice promenade. 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and living room on the upper floor. The ground floor has a large V-room/dining area, toilet and kitchen. The house is located in one of the area's most secluded locations with the pool 30 feet from the deck. Only 2-3 hours drive from Bangkok city center. Suitable for everyone no matter where you are in life.

A charming exterior of the house is surrounded by well-maintained greenery and vibrant flowering plants. A decorative pathway leads to the entrance, with a palm tree providing shade in the foreground. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the clear blue sky.

Nice house with great location in wonderful Mae Pim

Now there is the opportunity to rent a very nice and pleasant house at Sea Breeze Recidence in the Thai village of Lae Mae Pim. The house is perfectly located in the area that borders the large nice pool area where there is also a restaurant at high season. 10 min walk to the beach. In the village there are plenty of restaurants with many nice fish restaurants. Perfect accommodation for children families or two families to share as there are 8 sleeping places. The cost of electricity consumption is paid by the tenant.

The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. The area has a large swimming pool area and its own restaurant, which also has a snooker and darts (seasonal reservation). The nearest beach is about two kilometers away and it easy to reach bicycle, scooter, car or taxi. Also eScooters are available.

Big western house near beach for up to 12 people

This 2 floor, high western standard, 6 bedrooms house is suitable for a large family with kids or 2 families together. The resort has beautiful garden with pool, padel court (half price for guests), facilities for other ball sports etc shared with only 4 other houses. House keeping included 120 meters away is a wonderful calm and endless beach with very few tourists. Several restaurants and Spas in the neighbourhood. The house is for sale.
