Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Full size washer dryer. A private fenced patio with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. Yes we allow pets.
