Rare gem directly on world famous KiteBeach. Usually fully booked. Only 20 min from airport. The high cathedral ceiling creates a sense of peacefulness.The mezzanine floor has a king bed for a restful sleep. Private balcony with spectacular ocean view to enjoy morning coffee and sunrise. Restaurant on site and several others within a minute walk directly on KiteBeach, all amazing! Several kite schools to choose from. Wifi has been upgraded to fiberoptic and well suited for working in paradise!

Family-friendly activities, nightlife, and exclusive Italian restaurant on site. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, spacious common areas and ocean views. My place is ideal for kitesurfers, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Fast internet .

Inside the resort, you will have access to 2 large pools, one of them includes a swim-up bar, a kiddie pool, a whirlpool, and access to a beautiful laguna.
