It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

NO EVENTS ALLOWED. This is a two-story, renovated, traditional detached house in a paved neighborhood. On the ground floor there is an open space, with a kitchen, living room - dining room, 1 bathroom & 1 wc. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a single bed and a sofa - bed in the upper living room. THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE FLOOR. The house has central heating. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding streets and squares
