It is a 12 minute drive to Forfar, 35 min to Dundee, and 40 minutes to beautiful beaches.

The Studio at Broadleaf is a cosy self contained Guest Suite in Longforgan, just outside Dundee. The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

There is a unique feature light created by Scotland’s “Blazing Blacksmith”. It is a detached stone-built dwelling in its own walled-drive with parking space and mounted charger for electric cars. Located in attractive rural Perthshire village (13 miles from Dundee) close to Cairngorms, Angus Glens, Perth and Dundee.

A flowing waterfall cascades over rugged rocks, surrounded by lush greenery and trees with autumn leaves. The water appears in rich shades of brown and white, creating a dynamic movement as it tumbles down into a rocky pool below.

First of all sorry NO PETS ALLOWED 3rd party or work bookings also not accepted. Cottage in the country welll equipped in accessible area to amenities, only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area . Plenty places within driving distance. The cateran trail is on the doorstep for walkers . Choice of golf courses for those who play. Reekie Lynn waterfall is just around the corner from the cottage. Coffee shop is near by for a quick bite to eat

Shops and eating places are a short walk away and there are many historic attractions to visit in rural Angus. A twenty minute drive takes you into the Angus glens which boast some of the best walking and climbing destinations in Scotland. Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

It is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and enjoy the areas nearby. Situated in Scotland near to Piperdam Golf Course, Dundee, and within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one house trained dog.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees.
