Unsere ca. 80 m² komplett renovierte und mit viel Liebe zum Detail und allen Annehmlichkeiten neu eingerichtete Wohnung soll für Ihren kurzen oder gerne auch längeren Aufenthalt wie ein zweites Zuhause sein, in dem Sie sich wohlfühlen und ausruhen können. Es stehen Ihnen zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine geräumige Wohnküche zur Verfügung.

Dieses charmante, bayerische Refugium inmitten ruhiger Wälder wurde 2023 renoviert und bietet modernen Komfort inmitten einer rustikalen Atmosphäre. Die Loggia bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dreisesselberg und den nahegelegenen Badesee. Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen. Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

The traditional, rustic and modern mixture of our apartment furnishing will give you a feeling of Austrian hospitality and warmth. Our precious and cozy hideaway is located very close to the center of Bad Ischl in a real quiet and safe area. 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with a homely seating area and comfy furniture will give you a "homelike" feeling. It is perfect for a 2 to 4 person occupancy. A sleeping couch in the living room also allows a fifth person in the apartment.

Grubers living Your home away from home

The 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a historic townhouse. A bus stop right in front of the building takes you to the Old Town (a 20-minute walk), the train station, the airport, and many other attractions in just a few minutes. With the included Mobility Card, you can use all public transportation in Salzburg free of charge. The supermarket is also a two-minute walk away.

Luxuriöse Wohnung in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Salzburgs, dem Andräviertel, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Schloss Mirabell. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ist das Schloss Mirabell mit seiner einzigartigen Parkanlage, in die Getreidegasse/Mozarts Geburtshaus sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung selbst ist 130 Quadratmeter groß, exklusiv und mit viel Liebe zur Salzburger Tradition ausgestattet.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The modern equipped apartment is located in the center of Salzburg, within walking distance of restaurants and popular destinations, such as the old town of Salzburg with the famous Getreidegasse.

Wir sind mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Sound of Music Chapel ist nebenbei. Die Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen perfekten wie auch sportlichen Urlaub. Unsere 3 neuen Apartments sind in nachhaltiger Bauweise im Winter 2022/2023 gebaut worden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortsteil Jadorf mit Sicht auf den Hohen Göll. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind in Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt.
