My home is in located on a private, unpaved road, situated directly on the water. It offers a peaceful and private setting with amenities including two zip lines, two rope swings, a boat ramp, and two docks. Guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing with serene river views. This is a private residence; please treat it with care. Use of the porches, swings, and zip lines is at your own risk. The back deck has no railing to preserve the view. Wi-Fi is excellent

It provides amenities that will assist in providing the comforts of home. There is a gas station on the corner for quick purchases and gas. There are places to eat nearby and grocery stores to meet additional needs. The home is located near the Cliffs of the Neuse State Park and Seymour Johnson Airforce Base.

The Cottage on Hancock - entire historic cottage

This quaint historic cottage, "The Hunter-Stevens Law Office", (c. 1855) is located in the heart of historic downtown New Bern, steps away from shopping, dining, and the waterfront. The cottage sits on the property of the historic Coor-Cook residence (c. 1790), known as the "Stanley Hospital, Officer's Ward" during the Union Army occupation of New Bern. The cottage originally served as the law office of Mr. Geoffrey Stevens, a prior resident of the Coor-Cook house.
