This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

The Beach Hut is a beautiful, self-contained, New England style property. A delightful escape, tastefully decorated to suit the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty , but with the odd quirky touch here and there. Just above the Embankment of the Kingsbridge estuary with simply stunning views over the tidal water way. There are loads of stunning places with incredible views and incredible walks just a short distance from us, including Salcombe & Dartmouth. Our reviews say it all!

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

This beautifully presented detatched property is built on one level, it is modern, light and spacious. With two king sized bedrooms a large living room well equipped kitchen and spacious shower room it has it’s own private entrance, driveway, enclosed south facing deck and small garden looking down to the Creek. This is the perfect getaway for complete privacy whilst being a few minutes away from the beautiful South Hams beaches, and lovely waterside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe

Little Magnolia - beautiful walks & beaches

Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.

Tucked away down a private gravel drive, Limebury studio is a short walk from North sands and a gentle downhill walk to Salcombe centre.
