The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the residential house where the host lives. The guest house is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guest house as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guest house has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

The house has a large kitchen/living room, perfect for coziness and socializing. Not to mention how appealing it is to sit in front of the large open fireplace and just look into the flames. On a sunny day, the patio doors are opened and life outside is lived on the various terraces, where the garden also invites you to play and have fun. In addition to the sauna, which is heated with firewood, there is also an extra bedroom in the annex.

With a bit of luck, you'll see wild animals nearby – and on the farm, there are also friendly cats, dogs, horses and chickens that are happy to say hello. Within walking distance to a café.

Summer activities such as football golf, boules court, football pitch and large park-like area with many walking trails. In the area you can rent a sauna or hot tub.

Perfect for both relaxation and adventure in Skåne or a smooth stop along the E4. Sauna can be rented if we are home at an extra cost.
