The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

Just 10 km away is the wonderful Luidja beach. Just 3.6 km away is a Coop grocery store where you can also buy local stuff, as well as an automatic gas station and the Viscosa Culture Factory. There is a bus stop across the street from the accommodation, which allows you to travel daily from Tallinn or towards Tallinn.
