Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Start your bike tour right from the front door. Between the climatic spa town of Xanten, the town of Geldern and the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer, lies the small village of Kapellen an der Fleuth. The Dutch border is also close for excursions. There is a small Aunt Emma shop which - just like the bakery and the post office are within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

Beautiful apartment on the Lower Rhine on a former farm in the main house 2nd floor, in the rural area of the LandLebenStadt Geldern. Location central but quiet in a dead end street. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is located on the gallery. Child safety: a flap at the top of the stairs.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Our lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance offers you with an area of 70 square meters (divided into living/sleeping/dining and bathroom) and a sun-drenched balcony enough space for a relaxing vacation - the wooden construction ensures a healthy feel-good climate. Visit the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer or discover the Maasduinen recreational area. Weeze Airport is also close by and we offer an airport shuttle on request.

Apartment on the Niers

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

Nahe der Wallfahrtsstadt Kevelaer sowie Xanten und Geldern leben wir mit dem unmittelbaren Autobahnanschluss A57 (1 km) und der Nähe zu den Niederlanden äußerst zentral. Relaxen, Wandern, Radeln bieten sich hier an.
