The cabin is a bright & welcoming studio, designed to bring the outdoors in with windows that frame the lush greenery all around. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen & a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of the flowing stream.

The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60 ft waterfall. There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.
