The house is two hundred years old and over 25 years in family ownership (first foreigner in the village). A beautiful view of the mountains from the (partially) covered roof terrace. Close to Ierapetra and the sea with lovely rustic beaches. On the square 200 meters away from the house, there is delicious local food and it is dirt cheap.

It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

The town centre is very close: It is only 10-15 minutes away, on foot, or 5-10 minutes away, by car. The apartment has almost everything for you to have a comfortable, enjoyable and unforgettable stay. During your stay, keeping the apartment clean is your own responsibility. Clean bed sheets and bath towels are being provided.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
