Enjoy an amazing stay in our gorgeous, centrally-located, first floor, balcony flat, set in a converted Regency building in Brighton's trendy Kemptown. Light floods in through 3 full length windows, which look out to sea. The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

Stylish 2 Bedroom Victorian House, Close to Beach

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels are provided. We love our neighbours and I am sure you will too, the apartment is strictly not suitable for parties, but perfect for a couple of people / romantic city getaway.
