Relax with the family in the midst of nature on the Simo River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! New barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for bonfires!

Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty of the countryside along the beautiful Kemijoki River, just 17 kilometers north of Kemi. The perfect place to get away from it all. Here you can spend your vacation in the midst of nature. The cottage is best suited for couples and offers all the modern comforts. Indoors consist of an identification, open kitchen, bedroom, dressing room, laundry room, sauna. The house is about 90m2 and guests have access to the entire cottage and secluded yard. Pets are welcome.
