Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
