Welcome to October Farm! Located on the Historic Albemarle Trail (the oldest heritage trail in the southeast) we are a one-hundred acre farm with views of forest and farmland. We are 15 minutes from: historic Tarboro (fine dining, local brewery, oyster bar, boutique shopping, grocery stores and Starbucks), Sylvan Heights Bird Park, Indian Lakes Sports Complex and 20 minutes from the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Welcome to our recently renovated 1500sqft home in the heart of eastern Northampton County! The three-bedroom and two-bathroom house can sleep six. We are minutes from the town of Conway and Murfreesboro, NC, home of Chowan University. We are a 2 hour drive from the OBX. We are located 30 minutes from Roanoke Rapids and Ahoskie, NC. Please note that our property is located next to the NCVA railroad. The slow-moving train is subject to come by anytime during the day or night.

The Stowe Away is just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away 2 like apartments but they are completely separate houses. This house has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, laundry room and an open living dining and kitchen. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between the The Stowe Away and The Stowe Away 2...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use....Also there is a gas fire pit.

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.
