Wonderfully all luxury built studio-apartment situated in an Amsterdam monument dated from 1540, that was rebuilt in 1675. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. This modern furnished studio room has a nice area to sit, a sleeping area and a kitchenette (no stove). All with original 17e century beams. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Nice apartment in the heart of Amsterdam. Spacious apartment with enough space to retreat or to use as a work space. It's a single floor and therefore very suitable if you have difficulty walking (there is a small staircase to the apartment). You will have your own facilities and can stay completely safe. There are supermarkets and (take-away) restaurants and cafes nearby and walking along the canals is great. We live above with our 2 teenagers, so we are easily accessible.

Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.
