A large studio basement flat, situated in the quiet conservation area of Prestwich, access to parking on a private drive . The flat is a 15 minute walk from Prestwich Metrolink station. There are also bars, restaurants & supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. The Metrolink serves most parts of Greater Manchester, including the airport and both Manchester United/City grounds and Co-op Live arena We are situated a 15 minute drive from Manchester city centre and a 5 minute drive from M60/junction 17

Great views over a large lake where you can feed the swans and ducks. The spacious lounge has a pool table, table tennis table, table football and toy selection for younger kids. A family house with 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, 2 large TVs and 14 seater dining table. The property is connected to a shared 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.

Our charming , newly built detached bungalow is the perfect space to relax . Close to Manchester for days out and fine dining . Property is in a private gated complex. Featuring a beautifully spacious hallway with two full-size wardrobes for clothing and shoe storage, as well as an open plan, kitchen diner; with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, built-in cooker, three deluxe breakfast barstools and hob.
