Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. The Weaver's house

Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and roof. It also has a small storage room and an auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is a few meters away from the main street of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
