This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

Set amidst in oak trees, vineyards, sea views, and an old chapel this restored wine press appeals to lovers of nature and dogs. The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot. A car is recommended. PLEASE NOTE: There are two friendly dogs in the property
