This tiny house is within walking distance to all the beaches in Kisami. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. Access is 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, get off at Iritah stop and walk 3 minutes, or 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. You can also have a BBQ with a yakiniku roaster in the room regardless of the weather. Please prepare an outdoor BBQ stove fee of 3000 yen, cassette gas (CB can). The roaster fee is 3,000 yen (including gas usage). (If you want to use it, you need to declare and pay in advance) You can enjoy movies and karaoke in the 120-inch theater and karaoke room. Parking is available for 8 cars. There is a limit to the use of the room, and one room is available for two guests.Additional rooms are available for 4,000 yen per room. Early check-in and late check-out are not available for cleaning.However, we will accept 1,000 yen per person per hour at the time of the day before the accommodation day, as long as the day before and the day after are free.
