The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Casa Marta is a beautiful newly built small modern villa with a private pool, designed with love and care that offers its guests a perfect holiday, for anyone looking for a different form of vacation, away from the summer hustle and bustle of tourist centers. The house is in a quiet location in the town of Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km restaurant and 1.5 km shop.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
