There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

VREUGD AAN ZEE is a completely new, stylish and fully furnished guest house. Located in a quiet street behind our own house with private entrance and separate patio. Your accommodation is within walking distance (500m) of beach dunes and center of Katwijk. On the ground floor there is a living room with interactive TV, and free WiFi. Bathroom with shower toilet and sink and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor with spacious bedroom with 2-person bed 180/200m and spacious walk-in closet.

Nice bright studio, centrally located in Noordwijk aan Zee, with private terrace, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. At the end of 2023, the studio was partly renovated and completely furnished. The studio features a private terrace on the sunny south. The living room has a kitchen, seating area with Smart TV (including Apple AirPlay) and high bar table. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed. From the sleeping area you can reach the bathroom which has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Charming and comfortable apartment, located in a peaceful and green setting, yet surprisingly central. Delft, Leiden, Gouda, Rotterdam, The Hague, and the coast are all within easy reach. The area is perfect for walking and cycling tours. Within just a few minutes, you can reach the train station, bus stop, tram, or metro – either by bike or on foot. You’ll have your own private parking space right in front of the apartment, including an EV charging station.

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we are proud to share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Enjoy peace and space in this special green place on the water, on the outskirts of the city center. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads. On a warm day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes waiting for you.

Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.
