Der gemeinschaftlich genutzte SwimSpa lädt zur Erholung ein. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 30 Minuten zum Flughafen Athen und 45 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Athen.

The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

New two bedrooms apartment for a comfortable stay 5 persons with an amazing view of the sea and pine forest , only 80 m. from the Asimaki baech in the Sounion resort in Attica. The apartment is very well equipped with all new appliances and luxuriously furnished . Bakery - mini market and several restaurants there are 4-10 min. walk from the apartment.
