The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment for up to 3 people near center

Apartment is located in a quiet location in the western part of Rijeka, only 10 min from the city center and the city of Opatija. The apartment has its own entrance, parking, yard, terrace and outdoor grill. Near the apartments there is the most beautiful beach of Rijeka Ploče and Kantrida, tennis court of Marčeljeva draga, football stadium Kantrida, sports center Centar-Zamet. Also, in the vicinity of the apartment there is a grocery store (2 min by car) and shopping mall ZTC (6-7 min by car).

A spacious terrace is furnished with two striped chairs and a small table, inviting relaxation. The area is enclosed by a white railing, and views of a green garden with olive trees are visible in the background, enhancing the tranquil setting.
