This house is close to JR Motoyawata sta. convenient place for tourist spot. You are able to go ･Narita Airport about 60mins from Keisei-Yawata sta. ･Tokyo Disney Land about 30mins via JR-Motoyawata sta. ･Akihabara, Asakusa about 30mins via JR-Motoyawata sta. ･Makuhari messe -Conference Hall- about 30mins! via JR-Motoyawata sta. it takes 8-9mins from Motoyawata station! Peaceful Riverside View, Asakusa

**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day.
