Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Here real vintage charm meets modern comfort – many original preserved elements tell from earlier, while your stay still remains relaxed and uncomplicated. Although the train station is very close, you can enjoy peace and quiet with us through clever development. By train, the city center of Vienna can be reached in just 40 minutes, by car the city border is only 15 minutes away, the airport Vienna 45 minutes

Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
