Cozy and newly renovated apartment in beautiful Karlskrona. The accommodation is about 25 sqm and is made up of a room with a bed, dining area and seating area. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good storage facilities if you would choose to stay for a longer period. In the house there is a common laundry room that you can use, however you need to book a time and this the host can help you with. The property is centrally located in Karlskrona and is close to grocery stores, the sea, gym, train station, public transport and shopping.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Bus to Centrum takes 17 minutes, arena town 12 minutes. Departures every 20 minutes. Free parking at the apartment There is a 120 bed and a 90 bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is 90 cm wide and 175 cm long. There is no window in the bedroom. The staircase is steep, but walkable. The apartment is in the garage building.

Högebo, where land and lake meet

We live on the upper floor of our nearly two hundred years old house and you can hire the ground floor with its nice veranda looking out on the lake. You only have to cross the garden and walk down a slope to come to our little beach with its boathouse. From there you can paddle out on the lake in a canoe, go fishing, take a swim or just relax. We live with our dog and two Icelandic horses in the middle of the woods where you can walk, cycle and collect mushrooms or blueberries.

The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. Nice studio on an island 10min walk from the city and 5min walk to Lidl, Willys and gym. Access to landing stage 40meters from studio, see photo. Sea just outside the door. Possible to boatrental. Karlskrona offer jump on jump off service on boats which take you around the Islands in the close archipelago. BTH only 10-15min walk away.

In a little småland village you find our loft in the barn. Close to the Åsnen national park, with lovely walking trails passing lakes and forest. Child-friendly, romantic village full of horses and other animals. Great for families, and even those who look for a comfy place on their own. Ask for borrowing bicycles or kayaks!
