Without a doubt, the view of the entire basin is the main advantage of our property. At any time of the year and time of day - it's always beautiful here! With us, the proximity of nature can be felt at every step - direct access to the hiking trail and birds singing can relax and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The ground floor of each house includes a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house can accommodate 4 people, and the pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. Tlen base is a year-round getaway. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
