I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

My new, beautiful and detached house at the border crossing to Luxembourg, which I have created with a lot of passion, fulfills all dreams. It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. On the ground floor, you will find: the bathroom with shower, the small, basic kitchen and adjoining room, the living room with couch and dining table, and the hallway. In addition, you can use a rustic terrace with an adjoining small natural garden.

The blue room includes to choose from: 2 electric twin beds of 80 cm or a large double bed of 160 cm. The living room includes a high-end 160 cm by 200 cm convertible leather sofa.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.

Our 50 m² apartment is located in the basement and offers ample space for 2 people. The apartment has a separate entrance, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as central heating everywhere. From the apartment you can directly access the sunny southwest terrace with garden furniture. A private parking space is reserved for you. A storage space for bicycles is available. No pets allowed.

We offer a nice, new and cozy holiday home in Trier. The approximately 120 sqm large rooms of the Villa Feyen with 4 bedrooms ( 1 of which is our spare bedroom on the ground floor, without bath ) and 3 fully equipped bathrooms offer space for up to 8-9 people. There is an unobstructed view of the Feyen forest and partly to the city. The 3 bedrooms each have a bathroom, shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the house.
