This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

The modern apartment is located in the middle of the old town of the beautiful port city of Rab on the island of Rab of the same name. Both the beach and the numerous shops and restaurants in the old town can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The apartment stretches over 2 floors and has its own bathroom on each floor. From the upper floor you can access a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the old town and the port of Rab. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests.

In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person). My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
