Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
