The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The terrace is shared with our Romantic Beach Getaway Apartment and provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with its own hot water tank. The unit is located on the first floor with easy in and out access and provides spectacular views of the sea! Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. We provide beach lounge chairs, that will allow you the relaxation and comfort on the beach for sunbathing or for an evening sunset at the edge of the sea. Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage.
