The space for rent is on the 1st floor. It includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, a small balcony and a living room with a bar. For the entrance to the rented space there is an open internal staircase that communicates with the corridor of the ground floor front door.(The owner lives in one of the rooms on the ground floor)

In the apartment you can find 2 bedrooms. One with a king sized bed and one with two bunk beds sleeping 4 people.There is a tiny little bathroom but be sure that you will find in it just everything you need! There is also a washing machine available so you can do your laundry!There is a fully stocked kitchen where there is a dishwasher to help you do the dirty job!
