The city train is a 6-minute walk away (trade fair 15 minutes, city 22 min.), express bus 2 min. walk (cathedral/train station 16 min.). 300 meters from the highway exit. By car trade fair in 10 minutes, city 15 minutes. Ample parking next to the house on the street. Requests between 9 am and 10 pm.

Located on the main road. About 200 m walk to the Vischeringstraße bus & train stop, the A3/A4 motorway is very close. By tram, you need about 11 minutes to the Cologne trade fair, to the main train station and the city about 24 minutes and to Cologne/Bonn Airport about 35 minutes.

Relax in this special and peaceful accommodation and leave your everyday worries behind. You'll be living in the city centre of Cologne, but you'll feel like you're in the countryside. I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. Aircraft noise is to be expected at times. It's not a newly renovated apartment, so please don't expect perfection.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Welcome to our cosy and newly renovated attic flat. You have your own flat that is independent from the rest of the house. We only share the entrance and the hallway. The Ostheim district is close to the Lanxess Arena and Cologne Trade Fair. The city center and the airport are also within easy reach. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance.

It is about 7 to 10 minutes by foot to the nearest supermarket, Badener, train station and tram stop. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop.
