Smart TV with Netflix. In 10-15 minutes you can take the city train to the fair or to the city center. Parking in the underground garage is possible. Shopping is available. Aircraft noise is to be expected at times. It's not a newly renovated apartment, so please don't expect perfection.

The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Equipped with air conditioning and a ventilation system with pollen filter, it is easy to live here. From here you can quickly hike in the green Königsforst, at the nearby Baggersee or at the Cologne trade fair and the city of Cologne. There is a very good connection to public transport and the A3 and A4 highways.
