Die Wohnung hat alles, z.B. Küche mit allen Geräten, WLAN, TV, etc. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, etc. sind direkt vor Ort. Parkmöglichkeit-ca. 5 Euro/Tag, gibt es ( 5 Min) - am öffentlichen Parkplatz "Verteilerkreis Favoriten". Aufzug ist vorhanden (Dachgeschoss).
