Bright, modern, functional and very quiet accommodation (in a cul-de-sac with children's games). Located just 50 m from the International Golf Course and 800 m from the Fontcaude Spa, 20 minutes from PALAVAS and 7 km from MONTPELLIER city center. This T2 is located on the ground floor of the villa in which we live, with completely independent and discreet access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because they are in the basement. But adjustable and powerful lighting provides excellent comfort.

A modern studio interior features light wood flooring and neutral-toned cabinetry. A comfortable seating area with cushions is situated beside a window, allowing natural light to enter. A compact dining space with high stools is visible, complementing the overall functional design.

Modern, bright, independent, nice and cozy studio

Montpellier, Les hauts de Massane en Occitanie. très beau studio complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et d'une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

We welcome you in a pretty 30 m2 wooden house, in a small quiet village near Montpellier, the beaches and its hinterland rich in beautiful cultural discoveries. A nice view of the Gardiole and its sunrises from its bed. A garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture under a beautiful almond tree and a picnic table for a soothing atmosphere. Perfectly functional, new and air-conditioned studio, in a very quiet and ideally located area. - quality bedding - Cleaning, linens and towels included. - Smart TV, Netflix. - Supermarket 5 min walk. - visit many sites between 15 and 30 min drive. - beaches, river, canoeing, classified villages, markets, hiking etc. - Free access pool, shared with another studio and ourselves. - Self check-in or in person according to our availability and your needs.

Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Welcome to the village of Lavérune west of Montpellier. Linen provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side with a barbecue and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Animals allowed. Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.

The living area features a sectional sofa with soft cushions, complemented by a coffee table. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Large glass doors provide natural light and an unobstructed view of the terrace, while framed artwork decorates the walls.
