This is a new residence hotel in 2019 suitable for living in Jeju for a month. The property is fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, shelf, TV, fridge, air conditioner, washing machine, microwave, induction, rice cooker, electric kettle, tableware, hair dryer, mini drying rack, and cleaning tools. Free Wi-Fi is also installed and can be used at my accommodation. There is a 24-hour manager, so security is thorough, and a separate living management room is operated for living convenience. Pets are not allowed. There is Olle 7-gil right in front, and there is an oil field behind the building, and there are living infrastructures such as hospitals, marts, post offices, police stations, and Starbucks in the vicinity, so it is a place full of entertainment and things to do. The ground floor has a fitness center and golf zone that can be used for free, and there is a GS convenience store, making it the best place for long stays. There is also a bus stop within 1-2 minutes on foot, making it easy for those without a car to get around.
