Hello. It's a very convenient house right in front of Pyeongchon Station. It is right in front of Pyeongchon Station E-mart and Artemis Chapel Convention Wedding Hall, and it is a 2-3 minute walk from Pyeongchon Station Rodeo Street, and the house is located on a high floor, so the sunlight is good and the view is very good. It is 22 pyeong, and the bedroom and living room are separated, so it is convenient to live. You can also use an additional futon to sleep generously up to 6 minutes.
