Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

How is it? I also lived in Sokcho for 5 months. Everything in Sokcho that I'm getting used to little by little... So many people chose the first shared accommodation, 'Modny Sokcho Beach', and I became a 'Superhost' in two months because of your love and care. Thank you for booking the full month, and I am starting the second project with many requests and support. We remodeled the old villa in the same building as 'Modni Sokcho Beach'. The first concept is rattan and wood tones that blend with the beach If you emphasized the lovely feeling, the theme of the second story is 'minimal'. Modernity that blends with the modular furniture that is popular these days, the gorgeous but calm colors of white, blue, and yellow, and the doors of the two rooms are all removed, so you can use the 20-pyeong space with a minimum number of people. The refreshing feeling that overwhelms you when you look at the green pine forest in the balcony space, and the view that is more pleasant and spacious than the first store is the same as that of the famous cafe Bosanova near Sokcho Beach. Let's start the 'second story of Modni'.

Cheongho's house. A private house with a yard near the beach

Get out of the apartment today, and stay in a private guesthouse stay that smells of the sea, Cheongho House. When you open the gate and turn around, you will find a small yard. On the left side of the yard is the main main building with a kitchen and a tea lounge (Room 3, 2 toilets), and on the right side is an annex that is only open when you book for over 6 people (Room 1, mini tea lounge 1, 1 toilet). The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. Treat yourself and your group to the little pleasures of a scavenger hunt, finding hidden fun and usefulness in every corner. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. East Coast (Sokcho Beach 2-minute walk, BBQ)

This property, ^^Donghae Coast^^, has a view of the East Sea and the breakwater of the Haeusu Beach from the rooftop, and a high-speed terminal is located 2 minutes away from Sokcho Ikidaeul Cable Car and Sokcho Beach, and 5 minutes away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. Daepo Port, Oeongchi Port, Dulle-gil, Cheongcho Lake night view, Yeongrang Lake drive course, seafood center and Abai Village Gaetbae (5 minutes by car), surfing lessons at the breakwater, and 2 minutes away from Sokcho Beach after playing in the water, you can take a hot shower in the yard of the accommodation. In particular, you can use the 150m2 private house to have a barbecue in the yard. The living room has a state-of-the-art standing air conditioner, and each room in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 has air conditioning. Families and groups are welcome (but not dogs).

We didn't put a TV in the living room so that we could fill it with just the two of us. Instead, you can comfortably watch and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and more on a large beam projector screen that is not envious of a movie theater in the bedroom. The bedroom is set as comfortable as possible with low-intensity lighting to help you focus on watching movies and sleeping deeply. Recommended for those traveling alone or with two people.

This is a wonderful accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain from a large window that is filled with warm sunlight. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

The sea is in front of Mar It's a small place to relax. Mar is a space for only one team. AVA House는 제가 어릴때 살던 집입니다. 기존 펜션, 모텔, 콘도와 달리 Airbnb 취지와 맞는 곳을 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 다른 숙소와 비교해서 화려하거나, 세련되거나... 그러진 않습니다. 오래된 집이라 벌레도 많고, 냄새도 나고, 뭐 특별하게 좋은 것도 없습니다.
