Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

[Facility Location] The property is located on the 1st floor, and the rooftop is an independent space on the 5th floor, which is only used by those staying on the rooftop. [Living room and kitchen] The living room, decorated in a pastel tone connected to the bedroom, has a beam projector with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, a chair, and a table. The kitchen is equipped with simple utensils, pots, microwave, and coffee pot for two people. (Simple cooking available/smelly food cooking not possible) [Bedroom] The studio-type bedroom has a goose down duvet, pillows, and latex mattresses. Bedding is washed and dried daily. There are also hangers, of course. [Bathroom] Face towels, bath towels, Kundal shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, foam cleanser, shower sponge, and soap amenities to help you travel light. This property, ^^Donghae Coast^^, has a view of the East Sea and the breakwater of the Haeusu Beach from the rooftop, and a high-speed terminal is located 2 minutes away from Sokcho Ikidaeul Cable Car and Sokcho Beach, and 5 minutes away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. Daepo Port, Oeongchi Port, Dulle-gil, Cheongcho Lake night view, Yeongrang Lake drive course, seafood center and Abai Village Gaetbae (5 minutes by car), surfing lessons at the breakwater, and 2 minutes away from Sokcho Beach after playing in the water, you can take a hot shower in the yard of the accommodation. In particular, you can use the 150m2 private house to have a barbecue in the yard. The living room has a state-of-the-art standing air conditioner, and each room in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 has air conditioning. Families and groups are welcome (but not dogs).

It is a single-family house 5 minutes away from the private house, which is 5 minutes away from walking to the beach at Sokcho Beach. (We are accepting reservations for those who come as a family of 6 or less. Reservations are not accepted for groups or MT purposes.) It is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, various bowls, pots, and condiments for cooking. Two double-sized beds and bedding on the floor are also provided if necessary. A direct water purifier is also installed. You can use the barbecue in the front yard (Various tools such as charcoal and 55cm grill can be used when using the barbecue- additional fee 20,000 won) You can see the sun rising on the beach from the rooftop. It is located a 10-minute walk on the promenade with Lotte Resort and the sea scent. Oeongchi Port, Daepo Port, is also within walking distance. It's a 5 minute drive away. E-Mart is also located within 5 minutes by car.
