Great house with beachfront, jacuzzi, kayak, SUP

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

Modern cottage close to the sea. Close to Pulpit Rock

Modern cottage built in 2021 with high standard close to the sea with jetty and sandy beach just below. There is also a great bathing water and beautiful walks within walking distance of the cabin. Pulpit Rock is only a 20 min drive. In addition, there are several other mountain hikes nearby. The place is perfect for lazy summer days with swimming, fishing or walks in the area around Lysefjorden. The cabin has a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. In addition, there are outdoor areas for badminton and croquet with a fantastic view.

Enjoy fantastic sea views and sunsets in a new modern cabin! Its a quiet area surronded by amazing views and lovely hikes just outside the cabin. It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. This is a fantastic property in the outer lysefjord with very good standard and practical solutions. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. The cottage is 90 m2. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 4 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family. Possibility to rent a boat.

We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live ourselves and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this handsome city! We are a family of 5 who live upstairs, so some noise from children's feet running across the floor must be expected. In return, we can offer what is needed for a nice stay with good beds, spacious rooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is free parking in the carport and the possibility of charging an electric car.

Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Gode solforhold rundt hytte fra morning til kvelds om sommeren. Slapp av med venner og familie i dette fantastiske ferie hjemmet.
