A complete renovation provides all modern day comforts and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a day in Provence. The village of Menerbes (A Year in Provence - Peter Mayle) has mostly local villagers living here. Beautiful walks and cycling are popular pastimes. There are museums, an art gallery & a few shops run by locals. Unspoilt and completely unique.

Pretty House + Pool in Provençal Village

Authentic house in the heart of a medieval Provencal village A very pretty stone village house with terraces, swimming pool and spectacular views, located at the top of the medieval Provencal village of Crestet. The house overlooks the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. In the heart of the city there are food shops, pharmacy, tennis court... On one side, 30 km away, you can access Mont Ventoux and on the other side, also 30 km away, the Palais des Papes in Avignon awaits you.
