On a 10 acre property with a view of the Shuswap lake that is quite breathtaking. The suite is separate from the main part of the house where the owners reside. There is a small pergola in the back where one can sit for breakfast, (with a view of the mountain) and chairs out front if you want to enjoy the view of the lake. The property is a small farm that is about 5 minutes from Sorrento. There is a level 2 charger available for EVs. The property borders on the Mount Baldie hiking trail

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
