Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Marjolaine is a detached house composed of two bedrooms, one with a 160 X 200 double bed and a second composed of two 90 X 200 single beds. A shower room, a living room open to the fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, a parking space, a terrace and private garden. You will have access to the 16X6 meter saltwater pool.
