Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

A 5-minute drive to the historic center, 15 minutes to the Puerto beach and 5 minutes to town. You will find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 Queen-sized bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.

A charming apartment near Denia and Jávea

My apartment is a quiet and charming space overlooking Mount Montgó. It is located in Jesús Pobre, 10 kilometers from Denia and 7 kilometers from Jávea. The village is very nice and every Sunday it celebrates a traditional market with local and artisanal products famous in the area. It takes thirteen minutes by car to get to Las Marinas beach. Here you will have everything at hand without stress or crowds. You have a swimming pool, elevator and above all good energy.

Located on the slopes of the Montgó Natural Park in a prime setting, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, between Denia and Javea, in the “Los Lagos” residential development, which has a community pool, gardens, and a small lake, very close to the traditional village of Jesús Pobre. There are numerous trekking, hiking, and cycling routes that will take you to the wonderful coves and beaches of Marina Alta.
