Beach Apartment 'RENCO' is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar near Dugi Rat which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible. It is a very bright and airy comfortable apartment flooded with sunlight all day. The location and comfort of this apartment makes it a rarity.

The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Our apartment is situated next to the beach, it is a place for the families with the children or couples.There is a beach in front of the apartment, only for the guests, parking lot and the big terrace with the fireplace where you can prepare grilled dinner for your company. The grocery is about 500 meters away. From our apartment you can easily come to 12 km distant Split or 10 km to Omis. If you like sand beaches Duce is only 5 km away.

Directly on the beach with the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves

In our beachfront house is this studio for two. The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house. The space is beautifully decorated, with views of the beach and the sea from the apartment. In the large backyard the apartment has its own table so our guests can stay and eat in the backyard where there is a BBQ. A rocky beach is immediately descended from the backyard, and we have provided free sun loungers for our guests. Kick back and relax in this stylish space.

Apartment in a house next to the sea in a small village Wing Jesenice that is ten kilometers from Split and five kilometers from Omis. Nearby are also Makarska, Trogir and the Dalmatian islands can be visited by ferry or tour boat a day trip from Split and Omis. There is only one road along the coast from the city of Split towards the city of Omiš. It is called "Jadranska magistrala" and it can take you all the way to the city of Dubrovnik.
