Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Sweet as Pi is a ranch style home in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Dozens of wineries, amazing state parks, beautiful lakes, waterfalls, farms, breweries, shopping, and so much more are all close by. Perfect for couples, families, and traveling workers. We also love hosting Keuka College parents and alumni. Take an evening walk along Keuka Lake or bring a bike and bike the Bluff. Our home is about a 10-minute drive to Penn Yan and about 30-40 minutes to Watkins Glen, Geneva or Canandaigua.

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
